We hope you will use FEM as long as you need to. We hope that eventually you will no longer need to rely on FEM because you will be independently sensitive to your body. So:

• If you are getting started with FEM we feel the best option for you is a yearly subscription. It takes time to get to know your body.
• Our wish is that after one year you won't need to rely on FEM. But if you do choose to continue using it then you will be happy to hear the second year is specially priced at 30&euro.
• If you are not sure that FEM is useful for you you are welcome to contact and consult with us (guide@myfem.org). It is important to us that FEM is useful to you.
